WERS 88.9 fm - Performance Wrap-Up: The North Shore Players

The North Shore Players appeared on Standing Room Only with their mainstage production of Honk! A story of tolerance, Honk! is the musical version of the Hans Christian Anderson fable The Ugly Duckling. In the studio were Annemarie LaTulip (director), Marcia Groome (musical director), James Hunt (the Cat), Karin Andersen (Ida) and Teddy Crecelius (Ugly). The performance began with Hunt and Crecelius singing "Play With Your Food." Andersen sang the next song, "Every Tear A Mother Cries." Crecelius wrapped up the performance singing "Different." Honk! Is, "a great story with a great message," LaTulip said.
