Grouplove Stream New Album

GrouploveIt’s no rumor – Grouplove’s latest album is now available for streaming. Spreading Rumours, the band’s follow up record to 2011’s Never Trust A Happy Song, is set to release on September 17. If you’re not one to wait, the band announced via their website that the full album is currently being streamed on NPR here. Full of catchy hooks and upbeat rhythms, Grouplove have not strayed from their familiar cheery sound. If you like what you hear, be sure to check them out on the Campus Consciousness Tour this fall featuring opening acts The Knocks and Saints Of Valory. The tour makes stops at campuses throughout the nation and promotes environmental consciousness.

On “Ways To Go,” the first single off of Spreading Rumours, the chorus repeatedly cries, “I’ve got a little bit longer.” Just a little bit longer indeed; with the album release looming in the near future, the live stream is just what fans need to tide themselves over. Check out the tracklisting for Spreading Rumors below and give it a spin.
