Jahlil beats is one of the fastest upcoming producers in the music game. Born Orlando Tucker, many recognize his work by his famous tagline “Jahlil Beats Holla At Me,” recorded by his niece, which is sometimes confused with “Jungle Beats Holla At Me,” nonetheless; his music floods mix tapes and radio airwaves.Hailing from the projects of Chester Pennsylvania, just north of Philly.
Jahlil’s story of rags to riches started manifesting from a young age. As a toddler, he was engulfed with music. As early as four years old, he remembers his father helping him cut his first demo. Jahlil’s father was also a producer and member of a local band. He taught his son the art of music through beat making, and the rest is history. Jahlil has worked with industry heavy hitters, such as, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Meek Mill, Tyga, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Problem, Young Jeezy, and many more.
Giving fellow Artist and friend Meek Mill his break out single “Im’a Boss” featuring Rick Ross, contributing to Meek Mill’s success as a new artist. And in 2012 led to Jahlil being signed to Meek Mill’s Dream Chaser Records, in addition, to Roc Nation under Jay-Z. Within the last four years, Jahlil has released countless mix tapes. One of his most notable accomplishments is working with the urban clothing brand LRG to produce the “Fastest record to radio,” a first of its kind concept. Working with rapper Problem, the duo created not one, but two songs in less than 12 hours. In conjunction with the LA Leakers of Power 106 in Los Angeles, both songs were immediately released straight to radio for airplay. Showcasing the true talent and motivation behind Jahlil.
This twenty-five year old has a long and successful career ahead of him, and we look forward to hearing that famous and catchy tagline more often “Jahlil Beats Holla At Me!
