LAURA MARLING, ONCE I WAS AN EAGLE
Once I Was an Eagle is the fourth studio album released by 23-year-old British singer-songwriter Laura Marling. Marling began working on this album immediately after she finished the tour for her previous record. Marling chose not to work with a band for Once I Was an Eagle and instead got help from her producer Ethan Johns and cellist Ruth de Turberville. Laura Marling recorded all of One I Was an Eagle in ten days and the guitar and vocals were recorded live in only one take.
