After weeks of countless rumors, the anticipation can now be lifted off your shoulders as the lineup for the 2013 Lollapalooza music festival has been released! This up and coming summer is definitely one filled of live music and festivals galore, so many could only guess who was going to be at the top of the bill for this years Chicago festival.
The Cure, Mumford & Sons, The Killers, and Nine Inch Nails are amongst the headliners that will take the stage this year at Grant Park. While many of the big performers were leaked in the past months, fans have been given quite the stellar lineup. With the release of their new album Bankrupt! coming soon for Phoenix, fans will get to experience the new album shortly after it’s release when the alternative French favorites take the stage. Other highly anticipated big names to take the stage include: Vampire Weekend, The Postal Service, and New Order.
Lollapalooza never fails to give a solid lineup from start to finish. Stellar musicians from all different genres catering to everyone’s wants and needs- what could be better? Artists ranging from Ellie Goulding, to Steve Aoki, to Azealia Banks, to Lana Del Rey will all be taking the stage and you do not want to miss out.
