Thank you to everyone who pledge this past week to support commercial-free public radio! We raised over $125,000 thanks to your generosity!

As always, during Live Music Week, WERS brings you an entire week of some of your favorite local and national acts performing live in studio. All week long we ask for your support. Your support to WERS keeps our DJs in the studio 24/7-365 so you’re never listening to a computer. Your support allows us to offer you more in-studio performances from our state-of-the-art recording and performance studio and our live streaming video booth than any other station. Your support allows us to spend time listening and seeking out great local and unknown talent not chasing corporate advertisers, meaning WERS is proud to offer truly the best music out there, not just the music least likely to upset the corporations.

Most of all your support ensures that WERS is able to grow, not just survive. WERS is committed to discovering the best in new, local, international, and independent music. Our website, video gallery, in depth coverage of the premier music festivals and conferences around the country, news and public affairs programming, and events like Reykjavik Calling…are all because of YOU!
