The Rolling Stones are wrapping up their 50th anniversary tour at the end of this week at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on the 13th and 15th. The Stones have been hosting a variety of special guests at their shows, and that remains true for their final performance this year. They’ve announced that Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga, and The Black Keys will all be on stage with them for part of the night on the 15th.
They began the “50 and Counting” tour in London for two nights at the O2 Arena in late November, where Jeff Beck and Mary J. Blige helped out onstage for night one, and Eric Clapton and Florence Welch performed with them the second. Following that, the Stones performed at the Barclay Center in Brooklyn, New York last Saturday, and Blige returned to the stage with Gary Clark Jr. for the night.
This Saturday’s event will also be featured live on pay-per-view, called “One More Shot.” The Stones say, “We’re excited these extraordinary artists… had agreed to help celebrate our 50th anniversary as we share the night live with our fans all over the world.”
