New Ellie Goulding Music Video

British sensation Ellie Goulding has just released the music video for her second single, “Figure 8”, off her sophomore album, Halcyon. After recently splitting with long time boyfriend Skrillex, Goulding released the single and video shortly after. Coincidence? I think not. The video for “Figure 8” follows Goulding after losing her most recent boyfriend and expresses the feeling of wanting to hold onto what was once.

After the three-year old tune “Lights” became an instant sensation in the US, Goulding has been all over the music scene ever since. “Figure 8”, along with other smash hits from Halcyon, are climbing up the Billboard charts as we speak. There is no doubt that “Figure 8” is going to become the next number one single Goulding can add to her growing collection.
