As New York City continues to clean up from the devastating storm, bands such as Vampire Weekend, Real Estate, The Walkmen, Devandra Banhart, and the Dirty Projectors plan to put on an acoustic benefit show. The show will take place this Saturday, November 17 from 12-5pm at Brooklyn Heights Church with a suggested donation of $30.
The bands are generously donating the proceeds to Occupy Sandy, a group that is working hard to serve the people who saw the worst of Sandy. If you would like to experience an incredible five hour acoustic show and donated to this hands on organization, visit STANHOLYTRINITY.org for more information.
