Canadian music duo Purity Ring just released their new music video for their song entitled “Lofticries” off their current album, Shrines. After the release of Shrines in July of 2012, Purity Ring has been pulling in the attention of listeners’ worldwide. “Lofticries”, directed by AG Rojas, who has previously directed for artists such as Jack White, follows a series of several people as they encounter various surreal moments in day-to-day life. Purity Ring leaves immense room for interpretation within this artistically driven video.
Purity Ring will be taking their unique sounds of synthesized beats meets indie vocals on a world tour this up and coming year. The Montreal duo will be making at stop at the Paradise Rock Club on January 30th here in Boston.
