PLANETOID—CHURCH
On Friday, August 31st, rock band Planetoid will take the stage at Church. The trio describes themselves as having travelled back in time from the year 3032, and go by the names Locrius, Ovatus and Admiral Time. Their debut record Shadow Of The Planetoid was recently released.
Saturday, September 1st
BIRDS AND BATTERIES—GREAT SCOTT
The California-based band Birds and Batteries are playing at Great Scott in Allston on Saturday, September 1st. They are currently touring the country to promote their fourth and latest album, Stray Light.
Sunday, September 2nd
FAR EAST MOVEMENT—THE ORPHEUM THEATER
Far East Movement, the group known for the 2010 hit, “Like A G6” will be playing at The Orpheum Theater on Sunday, September 2 nd. They are currently touring to promote their fourth record, Dirty Bass, which dropped in June.
