“Wishing On A Star” by Teena Marie VS “Wishing On A Star” by Rose Royce
I absolutely adore the song, “Wishing on a Star”. The words are so beautiful. I just think the song is genius because everyone can relate to it. Both Rose Royce and Teena Marie did an amazing job singing it, but I’m going to have to go with the ivory queen of soul on this one, Teena Marie. Her voice is so vulnerable and strong on it, and she just mastered the record!
