“Spicy Kid” by Lunch Money

Aloha Playground-goers, a few summers ago we had Lunch Money come into the studio for you. Guess what? They are back and making more great music that you and your friends can rock out to! Spicy Kid is the forth album that your friends from Lunch Money have produced just for you! Lunch Money does not perform alone in Spicy Kid; there are guest instrumental appearances from family artists Lori Henriques and Dean Jones as well as cellist Heidi Brown Carey!

Lead singer Molly Ledford was inspired by motherhood – being a mother herself – to create ten new music tracks that will have you singing and dancing!  Ledford has been writing these song ideas for nine whole years (for how long she herself has been a mother)! But, it only took Lunch Money a short two weeks to produce this fun album that will have you dancing, swaying, and sharing the same magical moments that Ledford herself shares with her child.

These ten tracks are a nice, relaxing sound for the whole family! Lunch Money’s song “S.P.E.L.L” has a fun 1920’s picture show beat that will have you dancing and singing everything that you enjoy (the fun part is that mother Ledford even admits that it confuses parents to spell everything out, something you may want to even try). “Gingerbread Man” is the first song, setting off this album with a tasty treat! Spicy Kid will have you dancing away to many different styles of music. Molly Ledford has created an album that all of the family can enjoy and relate to. So, if you are looking for some yummy new music that your ears can eat up all day long, I highly recommend listening in to this latest album from Lunch Money! If you want to check out more information on the band and see when they are coming to play for you, sneak on to their website.
