At 4:15 PM each Tuesday, WERS brings you our On The Verge segment which highlights an artist we think is up-and-coming. This week’s artist On The Verge is the Athens, Geogria-based quartet, Reptar. Reptar—who did indeed name their band after the Rugrats character—consists of singer-guitarist Graham Ulicy, William Kennedy on analog keyboards, drummer Andrew McFarland, and Ryan Engleberger on bass.
